Radiofrequency ablation is a medical procedure in which higher electric currents are generated to heat up a small region thereby destroying cancer cells and reducing pain.

Radiofrequency ablation is a minimally invasive procedure that destroys heart cells with the use of electrical energy and heat. Here imaging tests are used for guiding the needle inside the skin to reach out to a cancerous tissue. It then gets heated up to kill the cancerous cells.
