Hormone therapy is the usgae of certain drugs and medcines to cease the growth of cancer cells in response to hormones.

Hormone therapy targets the cancers that depend on hormones to spread. In this treatment, certain medicines are used for lowering down the levels of hormones or completely blocking them to suppress growing cancer. It doesn’t allow hormones to promote growth of the cancerous cells. The therapy works for selective cancer types like prostate, ovarian, breast uterine cancer.
