Breast cancer screening helps in determining the presence of symptoms of breast cancer. Mammography is the most common breast cancer screening test.

Breast cancer screening is done before the appearance of any signs or symptoms in a woman. Screening is important for women that are prone to develop it during the course of their lives.

They may have a relative detected with breast cancer or has it running in their family. Physical examination and mammorgraphy are the screening methods utilized to detect any early presence of breast tumor.
